Upcoming Projects

Dear Solitude Homeowners,

We are excited to share a couple of upcoming projects that will enhance the overall appearance and functionality of Club Solitude.

The fitness center will receive a refresh, including the removal of the old wallpaper and a fresh coat of paint.

Our computer center will be converted into cubby storage space to help keep the walkway to the pool area more functional and organized.

The contractor has advised that work is expected to begin on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.

Please be advised that the Fitness Center will be closed for approximately two weeks during the renovation. In addition, there may be occasional impacts to the hallway near the new cubby storage area during construction.

We do not expect any pool area or locker room closures associated with this project.

For the latest updates throughout the project, please keep an eye on the SVMA website, where we will post any schedule changes, progress updates, or important notifications as needed.
