Mailroom and Package Policy
Mail packages can be sent to and received at Solitude Resort Lodging Front Desk, open 7am - 11pm daily. Packages must be addressed properly and picked up within 7 days of delivery.

Snow Removal Policy
In a mountain environment, overnight maintenance is necessary to prepare the slopes and facilities for safe daily operations. This work often requires heavy equipment such as snow cats and loaders, and due to the nature of the work and OSHA safety requirements, sounds such as backup alarms, engines, and snow grooming may be audible. While we regret any disruption this may cause, these activities are essential to maintaining a safe and high quality guest experience each day. Thank you for your understanding and patience
