Solitude Water Company

Public Notice

Recent State of Utah water quality monitoring indicates that our Solitude culinary water system recorded a level of antimony, a naturally occurring inorganic chemical, slightly above federal drinking water standards.  This does not represent an emergency, and our water remains safe to drink.  To learn more about federal drinking water standards, associated health risks of antimony, ongoing State monitoring, and Solitude’s remediation plans – please read the attached Utah Public Notice carefully.  Located within the Notice is a link to where Shareholders can find a copy of the State’s Chemical Analysis Report (note: when you get to the landing page, type in “Antimony” for Analyte: and “Solitude” for Water System.)  Also located within the Notice are the contact names and emails of the Solitude responsible persons overseeing this matter.  Until this situation is resolved, Solitude via State oversight, will be noticing us on a quarterly basis.  It is anticipated this may take several years to address.
