Update - August 26, 2025

Pavers have been laid, settled, and sanded in the area between Administration building, Powderhorn Lodge, and Inn, extending out to the corridor between Powderhorn and Eagle Springs East. Borders are near complete with a few areas of light touch up.

Tear out is complete in the entry to Eagle Springs East and Club Solitude headed down to SRL and the village parking lot. Alternate entry to Club Solitude is through the door on Eagle Springs East adjacent to the Powderhorn entry. Keys with Club Solitude access will work on this door. ADA access to Club Solitude will be through the Eagle Springs East garage.

Snow melt insulation and tubing is being laid in preparation for paver installation. The Club and Eagle Springs East entries will be closed until pavers have been laid in this area.

Once pavers have been laid in the current section, the last section of tear out will begin.

Please respect all signs and rope lines. There will be fast moving vehicles in closed areas.

This summer-long project will replace all pavers throughout the Village to address safety and aesthetic concerns.
